Okay, so Fedora 10 is out … I’m currently running Fedora 9, so upgrading should be fun. One of the biggest improvements I see so far is PulseAudio being “bug-free”. Hopefully that’s the case, because I’ve always had trouble with sound in Linux.
Also, I’m going to be teaching an Intro to Linux course starting next week. That should be fun.

Upgrading was pretty easy, and PulseAudio works a little better … still have to dork around a lot to get multiple sound sources playing at once. At least Civ4 works … even though I’ve set it up to use OSS as the sound, and I can’t have Flash player playing songs through Pandora in the background. Oh well.
