This privacy notice describes how Matthew Moldvan (“I,” “me”) handles information related to moldvan.com and related personal services (including email at moldvan.com / uvmade.com and personal automation tools that connect to my own Google account).

Who this covers

This is a personal site and set of private tools operated by me for my own use and for communicating with people who contact me. It is not a commercial consumer product offered to the general public.

Information I collect

  • Site / contact: If you email me or submit a form, I receive whatever you choose to send (typically name, email address, and message content).
  • Server logs: Like most websites, the hosting server may record standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URLs) for security and troubleshooting.
  • Analytics (if enabled): Aggregate traffic statistics may be collected to understand site usage.
  • Google account access (personal automation): Local tools I run may request access to my own Google Calendar (and, separately, Gmail) via Google’s OAuth consent screen so I can manage my schedule and email from my machines. Those tools act on my account only; they are not used to access other people’s Google accounts.

How I use information

  • To respond to messages and run personal projects.
  • To operate and secure moldvan.com and related mail / hosting.
  • To automate personal calendar and email workflows for myself.

Google user data

When I authorize Google Calendar (or Gmail) access for personal MCP / automation tools:

  • Data is used only to provide those personal automation features to me.
  • I do not sell Google user data.
  • I do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • I do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to run the underlying Google APIs or as required by law.
  • Access tokens are stored on my private systems and can be revoked at any time from my Google Account permissions.

Sharing

I do not sell personal information. I may use standard infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, DNS, cloud) that process data as needed to operate the site and mail. I may disclose information if required by law or to protect security.

Retention

Emails and site content are kept as long as useful for personal or project purposes. Server logs are retained for a limited operational period. Google OAuth tokens remain until I revoke them or they expire.

Your choices

  • Email me to ask questions about information you sent.
  • If you use Google to grant me access to your data (unusual; not the normal design of these tools), you can revoke access in your Google Account settings.
  • I can revoke my own app access anytime under Google Account → Security → Third-party access.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

I may update this page from time to time. The effective date above will change when I do.
